Refund policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete our Returns and Right of Withdrawal form. You must then return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

On selected products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return the item and receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

Conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • There must be no visible signs of wear.

Returns sent without our return label will not be processed.

2-Year Right of Complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint for defects that are not caused by improper use.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

If you make a complaint within 12 months of receiving the item, we assume that the defect was present at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise.

After the first 12 months, you must be able to document that the defect was present from the beginning.

If a complaint is rejected, a processing fee of DKK 250 per half hour, up to a maximum of DKK 500, will be charged.

Returns – How to Do It

  • Contact us at info@perfumondo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will send you a return label.
  • Follow the return instructions carefully.
  • Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.

Returns sent without our return label will not be processed.

Refund

Once your return has been approved, we will refund the applicable amount, less any shipping costs and depreciation where applicable.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
