Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We reserve the right to make printing errors, price errors, and sold-out or discontinued items.

Payment

We accept payment with:

• Visa / VISA-Dankort
• VISA Electron
• Mastercard
• MobilePay

Payment will only be taken once the order has been shipped. All amounts include VAT.

Right of complaint – 2 years

You have a 2-year warranty for defects that are not due to improper use. We cover repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

If you make a complaint within 12 months of receipt, we assume that the defect was present upon delivery unless we can prove otherwise. After the first 12 months, you must be able to document that the defect was present from the start.

If a complaint is rejected, a processing fee of DKK 250 per half hour, up to a maximum of DKK 500, will be charged.

Returns – How to Do It

• Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
• We will send you a return label.
• Follow the return instructions carefully.
• Pack the item securely and attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Returns without our return label will not be processed.

Refund

Upon approval of the return, we will refund your amount, less any shipping costs and depreciation where applicable. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used when placing the order.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

If you have a complaint about a product or your experience with us, please contact us directly at info@perfumondo.com so that we can find a solution together.

If, contrary to expectations, a solution cannot be found, you have the option of submitting a formal complaint to:
