Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We reserve the right to make printing errors, price errors and sold out or discontinued items.
Payment
We accept payment with:

Payment will only be taken once the order has been shipped. All amounts include VAT.
Delivery
We ship to all of Denmark with GLS, PostNord or DAO. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. Shipping prices start from 0 DKK.
Delivery responsibility and lost packages
Perfumondo is your contact for delivery problems. If your package has not been delivered within the expected time or appears to have been lost, please contact us. We will create a missing person inquiry with the carrier and keep you updated. If the package cannot be found, we will send a new item or refund the amount.
Failure to pick up and return
If a package is not picked up and returned to us, we will credit the price of the item minus our actual return shipping. If reshipment is desired, new shipping will be agreed.
We do not deliver abroad, the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
NOTE: If there is no space at your selected delivery location, the package will automatically be moved to the nearest delivery location.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an email at info@perfumondo.com with a clear message that you wish to return the item. You must then return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us.
You are responsible for the cost of return.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
On selected products we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return the item and get a full refund – excluding return shipping.
Conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as upon receipt.

Original packaging and accessories must be included.

No visible signs of wear.
Please contact us first – we will send you a return label. Returns without our label will not be processed.
Right of complaint 2 years
You have a 2-year warranty for defects that are not due to improper use. We cover repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
If you make a complaint within 12 months of receipt, we assume that the defect was present upon delivery unless we can prove otherwise. After the first 12 months, you must be able to document that the defect was present from the start.
If a complaint is rejected, a processing fee of DKK 250 per half hour (maximum DKK 500) will be charged.
Returns – how to do it

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a return label.

Follow the return instructions carefully.

Pack the item securely and attach a copy of the order confirmation.
Returns without our return label will not be processed.
Refund
Upon approval of the return, we will refund your amount, less any shipping and depreciation. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used when ordering. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
